Tell us about your background?

I've been working in the roofing industry for 27 years. I've been an apprentice, kettleman, crane operator, foreman and superintendent. What has been your most memorable project?

Probably a power plant...we've done many! They are memorable because of the challenges they create: heights, coordination, working with your co-workers to achieve a roof you, your company and the property owner could be proud of.

What's the best part about working at Bade Roofing?

Its a great environment. Makes you feel like you're part of their family. They give you a chance to advance.

What's your favorite thing about St. Louis?

The people. The hustle and bustle of a big city. The Cardinals. And with all of that you can still get away from it all in minutes!

What has been your most memorable project?

The most memorable project for me was the recent BJC connector link. It was a very challenging high profile job that took a lot of coordination. It was a 12 foot side skywalk bridge 30 feet in the air so safety was a crucial component. Despite the difficulty and stress the project was completed very successfully and i’m proud to have been a part of it.

What's the best part about working at Bade Roofing?

Best part about working at Bade Roofing is the close relationship we all have with each other. I work with two brothers, my father, stepmother, and uncle yet all the other employees feel like family as well.

What's your favorite thing about St. Louis?

My favorite thing about St. Louis is of course the Cardinals...pride and a tradition of excellence, just like here at Bade Roofing.
