Bade Roofing Company was proud to be selected for the reroofing of Conway Meadows Condominiums, a large-scale residential community located in Chesterfield, Missouri. The project spanned 32 buildings and reflects Bade Roofing’s commitment to precision, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship on complex residential sites.
The project posed several logistical challenges due to the size of the community, the variety of building configurations, and the mature landscaping throughout the property. Tree coverage, tight access points, and limited staging areas required careful coordination and planning by the Bade Roofing team. The scope of work included the installation of 4,000 square feet of new asphalt shingles across a diverse set of building types. The complex features a mix of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-plex buildings, each with dedicated garages at the rear of the units.
Thanks to our team’s careful execution and attention to detail, the Conway Meadows HOA board was extremely pleased with the finished work. The quality of the roofing system and overall experience led the HOA to begin recommending Bade Roofing to friends and other homeowners in the area.
